A few weeks ago, Em’s family and friends gathered to celebrate Em’s first birthday.
What’s a party without some sugary goodness?

Even at such an early age, Em was a social butterfly and charmed all of her guests with her smile.

I spied quite a few other adorable babies as well.

The highlight of the party was definitely the cake, made by Em’s mother.

At first, Em was a little hesitant . . .

But it didn’t take her long to discover just how good frosting was.

I think this picture sums up everything I know about this family — fun, and just full of love.

Two weekends ago, I witnessed and documented the Baptism of a special little girl. The priest spoke of the day as a beginning as important as the birthday. I think Andria is already off to a good start with so many loving people around her, guiding her through all of life’s obstacles and supporting her through anything she’ll encounter.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of documenting this little girl’s baptism . . .

What an angel. More to come (very soon, I hope)!
Last Friday I had the pleasure of capturing Tony and Hayon’s civil ceremony.

I loved Hayon’s cheerful sunflower bouquet!

Hayon is graceful and beautiful, while Tony’s charisma puts everyone around him at ease. Together, Tony and Hayon make a fun and gorgeous couple.

Their civil ceremony was short and sweet, simple but meaningful.

I got a little teary-eyed as they exchanged their rings because it brought back memories of my own wedding. I just may be the sappiest photographer ever.

Their first kiss as husband and wife sealed the deal.

Congratulations, Tony and Hayon!
