I was so lucky to have Amber as my model for a special photo assignment today. Lucky, because in spite of the crazy theme I came up with and the various strange requests / poses during the photoshoot, Amber still wanted to be my friend at the end of the day. Because really, if I were her I probably would have kicked myself :)

As Tyra Banks would say, Amber was fierce!

Although I’d known her for quite a while through emails, this was actually the first time I met Jane. However, we didn’t let our unfamiliarity stop us from chatting like two old friends. Jane was even more fashionable, cute, and funny than I’d expected. It was a good thing that Jane was so easy-going, because I made Jane walk a lot to search for good photo opportunities :)

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of roaming around Downtown Los Angeles with Weezermonkey and taking some portraits.

Weezermonkey is the epitome of the life of a party. Her smile lights up a room and her sense of humor puts everyone around her at ease. You just can’t help but laugh freely along with her. Even as I photographed her, I couldn’t stop giggling about anything and everything. Have a fun time at photoshoot? Checked.
